Self-Shamanism Workshop
With Marian Graff

Join Marian Graff for an introduction to the practice of self-shamanism. We will explore what it means to follow a shamanic path of spirituality, to walk in balance between Earth and Sky, affirming life, love, truth and harmony. We will practice methods of self awareness through drumming, journeying and befriending our spirit guides. These methods help us in nourishing the light body, the energy body, as well as examining if we are walking in right relationship in the world.

4th Saturdays: May 23

Intuitive Arts Fair & Sound Bath

Join us for the Intuitive Arts Fair, and discover your own spiritual wisdom! Sessions are about 15 minutes, and cost $20. Please bring cash. Doors open at 10 AM, and the final readings of the day end at 2:00 PM.

SoundBath

Join Carrie and Graham in the sanctuary from 2:30 – 3 PM for an immersive SoundBath experience. A donation of $10-$20 is appreciated.

Creative Expression Workshop
With Dawn Ruedisueli

Discover the power and purpose of creative expression in a hands-on workshop where participants will begin with a meditation, from which inspirations will be drawn, then use provided materials in a safe and playful setting to express and explore the symbols and ideas, followed by a voluntary and supportive discussion of insights that arise from the experience. A suggested donation of $10 is appreciated.
