Yoga Dance Fusion: Rise and Reclaim Your Rhythm is a grounding and uplifting class that begins with breathwork, moves into yoga, opens into music-led ecstatic dance, and then closes with gentle yoga, sound bowls and rest. This class is for anyone who wants to move, breathe and reconnect with themselves in a soft and spiritual way. All levels are welcome and no dance experience is needed.

Instructor:
Lorena Malgar is a yoga and movement guide who blends breathwork, yoga, ecstatic dance and sound healing to help students reconnect with themselves. Her classes focus on presence, emotional release and joy, and are welcoming to all levels.

INTUITIVE ARTS FAIR &
SOUND BATH

On Saturday, April 25th, join us at the Intuitive Arts Fair, and connect with our gifted providers, who use a wide array of spiritual modalities to provide empowering wisdom and insight!

Sessions are about 20 minutes, and cost $20. Please bring cash.
Doors open at 10 am, and sessions run from 10:30 am through 2:30 pm.

At 2:30 pm, a special Sound Bath will be presented in the sanctuary by Carrie Higgins and her son Graham. A love offering of $10-$20 is suggested.

5th Saturday, May 30 Creative Expression Workshop
1 PM – 3 PM
With Dawn Ruedisueli

Discover the power and purpose of creative expression in a hands-on workshop where participants will begin with a meditation, from which inspirations will be drawn, then use provided materials in a safe and playful setting to express and explore the symbols and ideas, followed by a voluntary and supportive discussion of insights that arise from the experience.

Suggested donation of $10-$20.
